St. Michael’s International School is conveniently located in the heart of Kobe, just north of the major transportation center in Sannomiya and on the southern edge of the charming Kitano area. Our campus includes two buildings and two play areas, including a shaded rooftop play space. Our new building, constructed in 2006, features 3 classrooms, a purpose-built Art room and teacher work space. During the 2006 rennovation, our existing building also was refurbished to include a cafeteria with hot lunch service, a well-situated office/reception area and a medical office. The original building features a well-resourced Library, full computer lab, eight additional classrooms, restrooms, work space and storage space.

St. Michael’s constantly strives to improve its facilities and resources, and strategic plans for the short term include updating our Hall and Nursery classroom, adding covers to walkways between buildings and the roof, designing a central resource room and putting interactive whiteboards in all classrooms.
