Today, we were delighted to welcome Colin Bell, CEO of COBIS, to St. Michael’s International School. His visit was a valuable opportunity to celebrate the unique identity of our school—small in size, but rich in heart, heritage, and global reach.

Our student leaders confidently shared examples of how our young learners are developing the values, skills, and understanding needed to become responsible global citizens. From sustainability initiatives to community engagement projects, our learners are encouraged to think beyond themselves and make a positive difference in the world around them.

Authentic connections beyond the school—such as our ongoing relationship with COBIS—are essential to this journey. They offer our students real-world perspectives, broaden their horizons, and reinforce the idea that they are part of a much wider, interconnected global community. These connections help learners understand that their actions matter and that they can contribute meaningfully to the world, even from a young age.
