Celebrating the Graduation of the Class of 2026

Today, St. Michael’s International School proudly celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026 at the Cathedral Church of St. Michael, marking an important milestone in the lives of our Year 6 learners. Joined by families, staff, governors, alumni and fellow students, the ceremony provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements, growth and contributions of this special group of young people as they prepare to move on to the next stage of their educational journey.

Throughout their time at St. Michael’s, the graduates have embraced the school motto of growing, working and learning together. During their final year they have demonstrated leadership, resilience and compassion, supporting younger students, contributing to school life and making the most of opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. The ceremony was particularly meaningful as it took place during the school’s 80th anniversary year.

Graduation is not only a celebration of academic achievement. It is also a recognition of the personal qualities, values and learning behaviours that help children flourish. As a school, we are proud that our graduates leave with strong foundations in honesty, integrity, respect, responsibility, compassion and endeavour, alongside the confidence and skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. This year’s graduates have much to be proud of. From classroom learning and leadership opportunities to performances, assemblies, camp experiences and service to the school community, they have made a lasting contribution to St. Michael’s. As our graduates turn the page to a new chapter, they do so as valued members of the St. Michael’s Alumni community. Wherever their journeys take them next, they will always remain part of the St. Michael’s family.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. We wish you every success and happiness in the years ahead.
