Our Student Leadership Council delivered the school community’s food donations to Kansai Food Bank on Wednesday, completing their successful food drive. During the visit, they learnt how the donations will support people in need and gained a clearer understanding of the difference their efforts can make.
The project brought our school values of compassion and responsibility to life. Our student leaders identified a way to help, encouraged others to contribute and followed through by delivering the donations. They experienced how working together can turn care for others into practical support.
Giving back to the community is an important part of developing as global citizens. Through experiences like this, children learn to consider the needs of others, understand their own role in society and take positive action. Thank you to everyone who donated so generously, and to our student leaders for bringing our community together to help others.
