We were delighted to welcome parents to our Early Years workshop introducing our new communication platform. We explained how we will share photographs and learning updates regularly, so families can see more of their child’s day at school. In Early Years, partnership is essential. When home and school work closely together, children feel secure, understood and supported. This helps our youngest learners to thrive.

The new platform helps us capture meaningful moments in each child’s learning journey. These snapshots show how early literacy, numeracy, communication and personal development grow through purposeful play and carefully planned experiences. Just as importantly, it gives families a simple way to respond, celebrate achievements and share insights from home.

Research and experience both show that strong parent engagement in the early years leads to better outcomes, greater confidence and stronger social development. By investing in communication now, we are building trust and shared responsibility that will benefit children throughout their time at school.
