Sports Day

Sports Day is scheduled to take place on Friday 17 November at Oji Stadium for all year groups.  We welcome parents and family members to attend.  Parents need to wear their ID badge and family members should wear a printed label to gain entry.  Please arrive at the Oji Stadium between 09:00~09:20, the event will start at 09:30.  You can see the schedule for the day on the PE page.

Items needed on the day: Water-bottle, hat, towel, snack and lunch to be eaten with parent/guardian.  If there are no guardian attending on the day, please kindly arrange for your child to join another family during lunch time.

Any absence on the day should be informed via the School Office 078-231-8885 between 08:00-09:00.

It is too early to be certain about the weather on Friday. In the case of rain, Sports Day will be rescheduled to Friday 24 November at Oji Stadium.  You will be notified via the family@smis email address.
